Mentorship Options
We have 2 different types of Mentorship, depending on your thirst for knowledge and support!
1:1 Mentorship – This is more than just a personal training course – it’s a fully supported mentorship experience designed to help you become confident, capable, and ready for the real world of coaching.
With weekly 1-to-1 mentor support, you’ll receive personalised guidance throughout your journey, helping you build true competence – not just pass assessments. Your timetable is completely bespoke, fitting around your current commitments so you can progress in a way that works for your lifestyle.
You’ll also take part in regular bite-sized workshops, both face-to-face and online, designed to boost your confidence and deepen your understanding. These sessions focus on real-life application, giving you practical insights, coaching tips, and hands-on experience that go far beyond a standard course.

Group Mentorship – Join a supportive team environment where you’ll work alongside like-minded individuals to become a fully qualified personal trainer,
following a clear and structured course timetable.
The Group Mentorship programme is built around a set schedule, helping you stay accountable, consistent, and on track throughout your journey. You must stick to the required learning hours each week to stay on track with the timetable and attend pre-set workshops in the gym.
You’ll attend weekly online support calls and dedicated face-to-face workshops in the gym, giving you the opportunity to develop your practical coaching skills, build confidence on the gym floor, and learn through real-life scenarios – not just theory. It’s the perfect blend of structure, support, and hands-on experience to help you grow as a coach.

Personal Training Qualification
All our personal training mentorship courses ensure you get fully qualified as a personal trainer, helping you obtain CIMSPA-approved qualifications in Gym Instructing and Personal Training. Below are the key sections covered within your qualifications.

Face-to-face workshops
All our courses offer you valuable face to face support and guidance with your mentor. We realise that being in a gym environment and learning your craft in a “hands on” manner is one of the most important parts of making you competent. Here is what you’ll learn on these days:
- Correct technique to all cardiovascular and resistance based exercises
- How to modify and adapt exercises to suit different individuals
- How to instruct exercises to others using key teaching points and technique corrections
- Be taken through advanced workshops in core stability, flexibility, functional exercise and circuit training
- Develop an understanding of when to apply and how to execute advanced resistance training systems including drop-sets, forced reps, pyramid sets, pre/post-exhaust and complex training
- How to form effective working relationships with others
Regular catch-up support
All of our Mentorship courses offer you constant support. We understand that regular communication and check-ins help individuals remain focused and motivated – very much like what your future PT clients will need from you!
- Regular Q&A sessions are available to attend live so all your questions can be answered
- Online workshops where you learn advanced information to support you applying the information into the real world
